A: We are factory since 1997. 

 

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: For mould /tool is about 15-30 days. For mass production is about one week. 

 

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

 

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: For mould  /tool, 50% deposit, 50% balance after samples approved. 

     For product, 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery (or by the copy of B/L).
